Refinique Creations Limited is a growing UK e-commerce business specialising in party decorations, event supplies, personalised gifts, homeware and lifestyle products. The company sells through its own online store and major online marketplaces, including Amazon UK.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy, commercial planning and online sales growth. This is a senior role suitable for someone who can manage both brand development and revenue performance across multiple e-commerce channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, improving product positioning, managing pricing and promotional strategies, analysing sales performance, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting the company’s long-term growth in the UK market.

Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and manage the company’s overall marketing and commercial strategy.
* Lead online sales growth across the company website, Amazon UK and other e-commerce platforms.
* Analyse product performance, customer trends, competitor activity and market demand.
* Plan seasonal campaigns for party supplies, gifts, decorations and homeware products.
* Manage product positioning, pricing strategy, promotions and commercial reporting.
* Work with suppliers, designers and fulfilment partners to support product launches.
* Improve brand awareness, customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid advertising, marketplace optimisation, email marketing and social media campaigns.
* Prepare regular sales, marketing and commercial performance reports for the company directors.
* Identify new product categories, wholesale opportunities and partnership channels.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in marketing, commercial management, e-commerce management or online retail growth.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketplace sales and consumer product positioning.
* Experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Google Analytics, advertising tools or similar systems would be advantageous.
* Ability to analyse sales data and turn commercial insights into practical business actions.
* Strong communication, project management and decision-making skills.
* Experience in gifts, homeware, party supplies, lifestyle products or consumer goods would be beneficial.
* A degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, management, e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
